Douglas C. Wright Architects invite applications for highly motivated Project Architects with 3+ years experience for full time positions:

Skills and Abilities:

? Project Architect experience, showing experience with all aspects of project management (budgets, schedules, communications with clients and consultants, document management from design through construction documents, document production and Construction Administration ).

? Knowledge with high-end residential work (either apartments, townhouses, or single family homes).

? Added advantage will be given for experience with country clubs but it is not mandatory.

? Added advantage will be given for managing the teams of 1 or more architects.

? Leadership and collaboration skills.

? Sound communication skills with other architects, contractors, consultants and capability of coordinating these teams.

? Multi-tasking/time management skills: the skill to work on various types of projects at the same time in either a management or production role.

? Graduate level degree from a school with courses in the history of architecture and traditional design methods.

The position requires good knowledge in AutoCAD. High expertize or the capability to handle designers in Adobe Creative Suite programs, Photoshop, In Design, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Knowlege of Google SketchUp and Revit would be highly required.

Advanced skills in the following are preferred, though not mandatory:

1. Freehand drawing and design ability, hand drafting

2. Rendering skills in watercolor, marker, pencil or other media
