Point Gadget can import, generate, visualize and export points to your Sketchup models
Point Gadget is an exclusive sketchup plugin that supports SketchUp 2014, SketchUp 2015, SketchUp 2016. This sketchup plugin is used to import, generate, visualize and export points. This sketchup plugin consists of a series of useful tools like point creation tool, line creation tool, information viewers, modification tools, importer & exporter tools.
Point Creation Tools
Set Location – It is applied to arrange the xyz of the station location or model origin.
Shoot Tool – With it set point markers through your mouse. The included markers, and the points will be automatically attributed with ID numbers.
XYZ Tool - This tool will set point markers individually at once through definite XYZ coordinates.
Line Creation Tool
Create Linework – This tool is used to generate linework amid pointmarkers following the identical feature/description label
Information Viewers
Inspector Tool – This tool will help you to visualize the xyz location, point ID and the feature/description information of the point marker. Just turn on the tool and hover on a Point Gadget point marker.
Reporter Tool – This tool is applied to create a webdialog comprising a list of Point Gadget point marker information.
Modification Tools
Convert Tool – This tool will easily transform SketchUp construction points into point markers.
Update Tool - 1) This tool will revise any point markers with information that is modified by hand. 2) It can automatically attribute Point Gadget attribution.
Importer & Exporter tools
Import XYZ Tool – It can import CSV and TXT point file information. File information will be in the following format: PointID | Coord (N or E) | Coord (E or N) | Coord Z | Feature/Description.
Export CSV Tool – This tool can be applied to export a CSV file encompassing point marker information.
