Bob Lang is conducting two days Sketchup classes in Denver, Colorado

Bob Lang, the renowned sketchup trainer, will conduct a 2 days sketchup classes on January 30 & 31, 2016 in Denver, Colorado. These exclusive sketchup classes will focus on how to design, plan and resolve issue concerning your next woodworking, furniture, cabinetmaking or building project with sketchup. The participants will learn how to generate a 3D model of what has been created as well as how to print drawings to take to the shop, and pull out crucial information on the perfect size of every piece of your project.

 

Mr. Bob will teach you various useful techniques and tricks to create precise model and help you to become a efficient 3D modeler.

 

The attendees will also learn how to generate objects in SketchUp as well as how to move, copy and perform just about anything to those objects proficiently and without any difficulty.

 

What You Require:

 

• One must be well versed with basic computer operations. One has to bring its own laptop, (or desktop computer).
• One must possess a three-button, scroll wheel mouse.
• Download and set up SketchUp directly from the SketchUp website. One will be benefitted with good video tutorials on the SketchUp website and here on ReadWatchDo.
• Please note: While downloading the program, it starts with a 30-day trial of SketchUp Pro. After the completion of the trial period, it will be converted to the free version, SketchUp Make. The techniques demonstrated in the class will be supported with SketchUp Make, and the discussion will be made on the differences between Make and Pro. (This post discusses the two versions of SketchUp).

 

Feel free to bring along a notebook, drinks and snacks as there will be a lunch break for both days.
