The following sketchup video provides brief demonstration of PlusSpec, the most recognized BIM extension for sketchup. PlusSpec is compatible with sketchup 2016.
PlusSpec for SketchUp produces a parametric geometry that empowers the users to apply boundless edits to the Walls, roofs, slabs, columns, windows, doors, and so on. PlusSpec amalgamates the all important “I” (information) to sketchup models. Any sketchup model can be edited devoid of performing the tasks (modify geometry, thickness, wall type, cavities or associate a texture, layer or a style) by hand.
