Eneroth Fractal Terrain Eroder for sketchup
Julia Christina Eneroth, the Sweden based renowned architect, has developed Eneroth Fractal Terrain Eroder for sketchup. The plugin is free and compatible with SketchUp 6, SketchUp 7, SketchUp 8, SketchUp 2013.
In order to utilize the plugin, just sketch any terrain or geometry and choose the faces and apply Erode from plugin menu.
The latest version of the plugin is version 1.0.0 which was released in October 27, 2013.
With Eneroth Fractal Terrain Eroder, the sketchup users will be able to divide the connected faces to small-scale shapes specially to triangles and indiscriminately shifts in the region of endpoints to transform these to natural looking terrains or surfaces. The points associated with other faces which are not connected, will be unaltered.
The original geometry is restored by a group on a concealed layer if the users prefer to perform with complicated geometry.
