A position is vacant for Senior Industrial Designer having sketchup, photoshop, Cinema4D & Illustrator skills

Immediate, a division of Liberty Diversified International and a leading solution provider in designing and making of in-store merchandising, fixturing and more, is seeking a Senior Industrial Designer who will take the responsibilities for making customer-focused design of products for retail displays and environments. Location of the job is in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States.

Each candidate should contain the following qualifications:

• Sound knowledge in creating the design of retail environment.
• Being able to understand the design principles and aesthetics.
• Good knowledge with various design softwares like Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Hand sketching – quick understandings and complete presentation sketches.
• Creative thinking and application of digital media.

• Well versed with product design/development procedures, together with display construction, materials and manufacturing practices & limitations.
• Awareness in design approach, prototyping, multi-media, marketing and brand strategy.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and collaboration proficiencies.
• Ability to apply visuals to communicate any design intent.
• Capability of dealing with strategic projects.

Experience/Education/Certification Requirements:

• Industrial Design or Product Design degree.
• At least 5 years of industry experience to incorporate retail and/or food/packaging.
