Design to Print: An Introvto 3D modeling in Autodesk Fusion 360 – An exclusive 3d modeling event in Vancouver organized by 3D Hubs
An exclusive workshop on Autodesk Fusion 360 alias Design to Print: An Introduction to 3D Modeling in Autodesk Fusion 360 will take place in MakerLabs, Vancouver on August 22, British Columbia.
The workshop will continue for 3.5 hours and the registration cost will be $17.50. The attendees have to bring an external mouse and should have flair to learn how to create model in 3d through Autodesk Fusion 360.
Curtis Chan of the Autodesk Fusion 360 team will perform as the instructor of this workshop. The attendees can sharpen their skill for applying Autodesk Fusion 360 as well as designing a 3D printable lampshade. This lampshade can be printed through 3D Hubs.
As this course is designed for beginner’s 3d modelers, the middle and high school based young student who are in learning stage in 3d modeling and printing can also attend this workshop.
By undergoing this workshop, the attendees will be able to gather thorough knowledge in 3d modeling as well as creating a stunning and functional 3d printed item (3D print your own customized lampshade).
The workshop will consist of two parts. In the first part the attendees will be familiar with how to make an account; how to draw and model; how to include image files; and produce text as sketch. In part two of the workshop, the attendees will gather knowledge on how to import and customize your model; export the .stl file; draw an image having splines; and extrude text as geometry.
