How to Put Pictures Into Google SketchUp

In addition to working with 3D models, Google SketchUp supports regular 2D photos in the JPEG, PNG, PSD, BMP and TIF image formats. It provides two ways for using photos in your projects, including using the image as a texture for an object and placing the image anywhere within your model's background. SketchUp lets you resize an image you use in the model's background, and it automatically tiles an image when you use it as a texture, if needed.
